Disappointed in Nintendo

Two weeks ago I bought a switch 2, it appear you had some faulty parts so I sent it into Nintendo to get fixed. There was a disclaimer that said my save data might be deleted, but I knew that with Nintendo online had cloud save so I wasn’t that worried. I got it back today and they did end up deleting my data, I went to get my cloud back up started when I realized that for some reason Pokemon is not eligible for back up saving. So I spent 500 dollars to delete over 1200 hours of gameplay. I had Pokemon from every generation including my first ever Blastoise from fire red saved in scarlet. Not to mention that I had found about 60% of the shinies in the game. I am at a loss of words here… I just needed somewhere to vent…
