What's going on with my 4 Pros?

So I bought a pair of Soundcore 4 Pros a while back, and after a while of using them, the microphone started acting weird. Whenever I would make any sort of call, people would either tell me that I'm super muffled, or they just straight up wouldn't be able to hear me (even with both buds, they both did it).

After two weeks of being fed up with this issue, I go on Amazon, report the problem, then get them replaced. Then after about a week or two of normal daily use, they ran into the same problem.

Both pairs I had received had that same microphone issue and the microphone on the earbuds have became unusable.

I don't know if this is a common problem with a common solution, but I've done some research online and found literally nothing, so I'm now resorting to Reddit.

Maybe I just need to upgrade to the new 5s but possibly there is a solution and I can fix this and keep my 4 Pros 🤷
