Theramid retinal : is it worth it?

Hi, im interested in trying the retinal from Theramid (there are 2) but in the formula it claims that it contains "0,1% Pure Liposomal Encapsulated Retinal". Whats liposomal stands for ? Is there really 0,1% Retinal or is it kind of a blend ? Thx 😘
