Guys, give some help here

I have an urgent question about MARVEL RIVALS here, I saw that there are less than 2 days to finish the Summer Luna skin pack, I really wanted to, but as I've just started playing, I'm level 1, so there won't be time to go to level 21 before the pack expires. If I buy it before the timer runs out, will I still be able to reach level 21 after the timer runs out? Like, after buying, even if the deadline ends, can I continue leveling up and get Luna's skin, or not? PLEASE HELP ME WITH THIS QUESTION
