Part replacement help

Not sure is this is the right place for this, but running a bit low on options here.

Foldable eBike here, and my front tire just sorta spontaneously combusted. I'm having a lot of issues finding a place to repair it, as no one seems to have 14" tires. I find it a bit hard to believe that replacements are so uncommon, as I see dozens of 14"ers every week on my commutes.

Does anyone know where I could find a replacement in town? The manufacturer seems to be purposefully dragging their feet. It's an <8 month old bike and it's my daily commute vehicle. Switching to the bus doubles it. SOS.
