Higher Education Application

Hey everyone,

Looking to do a Ph.D. in the country since living above the States is getting a bit...stressful at the moment. I'm wondering what the process is for getting degrees equalized in Portugal? Do you do this during the application process or beforehand? I'm also thinking of the University of Aveiro for my studies. I went there on vacation recently and fell in love with the city. Any thoughts on the institution?
