Pc Stuck in Boot Loop

Before I start my build is: Cpu - 9950x3D Gpu - 5080 Mobo - Msi Tomahawk x670e wifi Psu - msi mpg A1000G Ram - G.Skill Flare X5 Cpu cooler - Arctic Liquid Freezer 240mm AIO OS - Windows 11

I have had this PC for a few months with no issues, 2 days ago (August 11) my pc would not start, it was just in a boot loop only showing the MSI logo to get into the bios for maybe a second then it would restart. My DRAM light was yellow on the mobo, I tried re-seating the ram and it did nothing, I swapped slots and it did nothing, I tried with just 1 stick in each slot but the red CPU light came on as well. I submitted an RMA request for my ram, while waiting I ordered a new set just to test and see if it was the ram. New ram is the G.Skill Neo Z5 Trident, it still is doing the same thing. I am able to get into the bios and all my parts are detected. I cleared the CMOS but it didn't do anything, the screen popped on that I cleared it and it immediately restarted. I updated the bios last night that also did nothing. It wasn't having any problems before EXCEPT one single game was crashing randomly but I assumed it was the games instability, it's Need for Speed: Most Wanted 2005 mod, but the other games I have been playing haven't crashed or freezed. I'm super confused and don't know what else do to, anything will help.
