Rose Palace as affordable engagement venue(under 2500 budget)

So i am thinking of hosting my engagement of 60 guests in rose palace Lahore. Can anyone please provide honest reviews about their hi tea buffets and your experiences? Also if its not Worth it can u guys tell me alternative option as my budget pr person is no more the Rs 2500.
