Sincere question

Guys, I have a friend who had the habit of switching accounts on Fgo all the time. He had about 7 accounts and whenever something went wrong (like failing a Banner) he switched accounts. He has already sent messages to support a few times to recover his "main account", but recently he did this stupid dnv thing and lost the account. He sent a message to support and they said that he had violated the game's guidelines and would no longer issue the code. Is there any way to help him resolve this or has he lost count for good?
