Current situation

My mom wants to go to a concert. She only has one friend, that friend said no. Now she wanted me to take her. I said no way! I can’t stand her anymore, much less take her to I concert I don’t really want to go to. I told my sibling to take her and I’ll pay for the tickets. He agreed, but she doesn’t want to go with him only me. So the day comes and I ask her if sibling is still going to take her. She says “They said you were gonna take me” Ruined my whole morning! I made plans to go have dinner with my dad the same night without her knowing, cause God forbid I take my dad to eat. If she were to find out she’d be mad and try to “guilt” me. Saying thing like why would I do that, why would i spend my money on him…. Mind you the place we’re supposed to be going she already said the food was “disgusting”, but then questioned me once on why I didn’t bring home leftovers for her from same place. I also take her out to eat almost every Sunday, and I’ve only ever taken my dad out for his birthday and Father’s Day. I found out from sibling that she lied, and he never said that. The plan was still for him to take her. I’m a 31 year old woman that can’t even take my own dad out to eat cause somebody has to get jealous about it. I hate it here.
