why is envoy so much more popular?

currently a cfi doing cfi type stuff. as i prepare to apply for cadet programs, a lot of my colleagues are dead set on envoy. and honestly, when looking on social media, a bunch of people flex their envoy cadet acceptances, while nobody really talks about psa or piedmont or gojet. is envoy really the best? i know that beggars can't be choosers, but if I COULD choose should it just be envoy?
