Game crashes and join button bugs

Let me start with my question first, did DTI devs mention anything about the glitched/bugged join buttons in any late update q&a’s? It has been 40 or so days since the start of the summer update and ever since then me and my friends have experienced major difficulties joining each other due to the join buttons not showing up at all and being forced to go via other type of servers such as vip or pro to join any other server.. I wonder if this will get fixed.

And on the note of things getting fixed, I’m a mobile player and lately I’ve been forced to play on lowest graphics to be able to even remotely walk around in the game itself. It got to a point where I was with some friends in Freeplay and one of them asked for help with a custom face and I kid you not I crashed 7 times in the span of 15 minutes… while trying to help someone out that experienced the same crashes just a little less frequent.

I’m really hoping anyone can give me a heads up on situation one and some good help with my crash problem.
