I am under ongoing corrections cx01. Did something shamefull!

I am scheduled for a virtual interview on Aug-15. I was supposed to submit self assessment 72hours prior. I missed it, I did submit before 48hours. I don’t know whether I will be disqualified. I am shaming myself very much. Does anyone know if they will consider it?
