(male) potential uti? please help im freaking out!!

So I was completely fine like a few days ago and all of a sudden, I wake up in the morning and i have this squeezing kind of pain in my lower abdomen. I brushed it off as stomach pain because I have lots of stomach problems anyways.

But this pain kind of concerned me because it got worse when I moved or walked. Like It wasnt an unbearable kind of pain but more like a new pain. So a few days passed and the pain went away completely.

Now a day after that i noticed that I started going to pee more frequently than I normally do and Im someone that does not drink lot of water.

Now its been 3 or 4 days since ive been having frequent urination and the urine is sometimes cloudy and sometimes normal. I also have a burning sensation down there in my penis that gets better after peeing. It mostly burns when im holding it in. I dont have any pain in the pelvic region or back. And I have an on and off super low grade fever.

Do I have a UTI because the (sometimes) cloudy urine and frequent urine along with the low grade fever is concerning me.
