Lump under jaw front of throat

39m, 111kg, white male 173cm . Non smoker

I have noticed this tiny lump near the submandibular gland area. It seems small and some what moveable. Its been there roughly 3 weeks but lately if i swallow food or even sneeze that area kinda hurts a little.

I have had swollen lymph nodes in my posterior triangle of neck and armpit but US and FNA biopsy confirmed those were likely reactive and no evidence of malignancy.

But im not sure this is lump a lymph node...google images doesn't seem to show any lymph nodes here but more closer to the jaw bone. This is where the submandibular gland is. It also feels like it is much smaller than it was only 2 weeks ago

Any idea what it is if it's not s lymph node?
