Error in decision letter and denied on supplemental claim

Hello all my fellow veterans and please help me out,

I joined NG in 2012. Had a surgery for stress fracture in 2016 with civilian doctor. I filed 3 conditions in 2016, got denied and completely ignored.

I had a minor car accident in November 2022 and happened to have records with my civilian doctor.

I deployed from October 2023 to December 2024, started a new claim with 20+ conditions assisted by local DAV/VSO. 3 of them got rejected right away and then I filed a supplemental claim in March 2025 and recently got a denial decision for service connection.

Basically, the C&P examiner found the accident report in my civilian records (got my accident date wrong circled in red and supposed to be November 2022 instead of November 2023) and assumed the diagnosis was caused by the accident but did not grant me a service connection.

Please help on what to do. I'm really frustrated and clueless 🙏🥺
