F137/SF10 hard copy submission for UPCAT

My SHS only gave me my F137 that consists of my grades only in 11th grade. Because of that, I requested another F137 from my JHS so that I can have a copy of my grades from Grade 8-10. Would it be acceptable if I submit two F137s—one from SHS (grade 11) and one from JHS (grades 8-10). Thank you so much.
