Looking for quiet beach to take elderly dad

Aloha friends - we always take my dad to Mauna Kea as it’s mostly easy to get to - at 89 he still walks a lot but the walk down to the beach is getting a little long for him- but we love it because it’s a calm, beautiful beach. Only issue is that you need to get there super early in the morning to get a local’s pass. Hapuna and 69 are too rough. A-Bay is too rocky. Any other ideas? We live in Honoka’a and usually go Kona side for the beach.
