My pc keeps crashing and restarting itself after 10 mins of playing

pc specs:intel core i7 12700KF ,32gb ram ddr5 ,nvidia geforce 4060ti 16gb motherboard msi pro b760m-p. I have this problem since i bought it and i cant figure out what the problem is. I updated the bios driver and that made things a little better since it hasn’t crashed on fortnite since until yesterday when it started crashing everytime i loaded into a match. while playing other games either it freezes or just restart on its own and sometimes bluescreen. if someone had the same problem or knows what it could be i would really appreciate it if they could help me.
