5 weeks post MD struggling with stiffness

Hey everyone, I’m 5 weeks post op from a double discectomy at l4-l5 with a partial laminectomy. Lately I’ve been struggling with stiffness that is incredibly uncomfortable. My sciatica is mostly gone and I had a ct scan that didn’t show any signs of reherniation. I do my walks, stretches, and physio exercises every day but no matter what I’m super stiff and it almost feels like a constant dull ache. Thankfully I still have good spinal mobility but all my muscles are super tender. Wonder if anyone’s experienced this and how long it took to abate? Thanks!
