Dry cough question- allergies or side effect?

For those have experienced this side effect, did it feel like coming from your lungs or your throat? I’ve had a cough, especially in the mornings, or if I talk a lot but it seems to be from a tickle in my throat so I don’t know if it’s allergies or a side effect. My bp has been great so I’m hoping just allergies.
