Would it be weird for me (22F) to message my middle school bully (22F)?

I never truly stood up to myself in middle school, and I’m finding myself craving some sort of closure or acknowledgment from her. I’d messaged her once about two years back, to “just say hi” and “sorry for suddenly cutting her off in high school.” I was hoping for some sort of apology back or at least acknowledgement of how she treated me, but instead got just awkward small talk and just generally catching up on where we’ve both been since high school. I’ve looked back at that brief interaction with distaste. Does she not remember? I know it’s not healthy to hold on to the past in most circumstances, and it’s usually unrealistic to expect some sort of closure, I cant help but wonder if this is a rare opportunity where that might be possible since I do still have her contact. I can’t control how she reacts, but I kind of just wanted to let her know the extent of the consequences of her actions back then. How would I even phrase the message without seeming strange?

Your thoughts and suggestions would be much appreciated!
