Just took my first dose tonight!

Took my first dose of Semaglutide today! 🥳 I was so nervous to inject myself since I’ve never had to do that but it was easy!

I have my first appt with the nutritionist tomorrow. That’s the part that rly sold me on Mochi. I know what foods are healthy and what not but I struggle finding foods that work for me and that is easy to stick to.

I’m so excited to learn from her and see where this journey takes me. 😊
