How do I get my dog to stop licking her paws?

My dog keeps licking her paws and my blanket. I’ve checked her paw pads and she seems fine, but she’s 10 and done it her whole life. If I give her booties or stop her she’ll lick whatever she’s laying on or her nose. Any advice to get her to stop?
