Unable to change account email and support only replies with AI garbage

I lost access to the email attached to my roblox account and I cannot recover it. When I try to change my email for my roblox account, it directs me to 2-step verification, which I cannot provide the code for as I don't have the email.

Contacting support just gives AI response with no help, asking to verify identity with the email that I don't have access to. The AI can't comprehend that I want to change my email because I don't have access to the old email anymore. The responses are like they did not even read that I can't access my email in the first place. I tried filling out the support form multiple times but cannot talk with an actual person. I also tried replying to the support email directly (with another email address). Does anyone know what else I can do? I spent a lot of money and time on this account so it means a lot.
