If someone had intelligence comparable to the character in Limitless, would they still be able to interact normally with average people? Would they go insane or at least seem abnormal to others? Could such a person become a social outcast?
In the movie Limitless, when Eddie Morra takes NZT, he becomes more confident, charismatic, and engaging. However, I wonder if in real life, someone who gained that level of intelligence would actually end up being socially isolated. If their cognitive abilities were far beyond the norm—so advanced that they could effortlessly understand complex ideas that most people can't even grasp—they might struggle to communicate or relate to others. Even intelligent people might find it hard to keep up with them. As a result, such a person could be perceived as strange or unrelatable, potentially becoming a social pariah and withdrawing from society to focus on personal goals. That said, I could be wrong—what are your thoughts?
