Sharp Pain, Same Spot, 11 Weeks Pregnant

Hello all, I am 11 weeks pregnant.

I’ve had all the usual cramping my whole pregnancy but the past 24 hours I’ve had a different pain/sensation. Mostly when in a seated position, I’m getting a sharp pain about 3 inches under my belly button, almost exactly in the middle but just slightly to the left. About in line with the widest part of my hips.

It’s not consistent, it’s not throbbing, it comes and goes randomly but in the same exact spot each time. It’s biggest at first then fades.

I called the doc, they said “hmm, could be normal, we’re not concerned, keep an eye on it” all good things of course which is great. But what could it be? I am still freaked out mostly because I just don’t know what it is or why it is.
