Wizz credits convert to cash

I got Wizz credits due to a flight Wizz air cancelled, and I did the convert to cash application and it’s been two months and I haven’t gotten the money in my bank yet. The credits are still in my account. I’ve done this before and the money was way quicker , so something seems off. Is this typical? or should I worry? the problem is that they make it so hard to contact them
