Is casual multiplayer PvP gaming dead?

For the life of me i can’t enjoy a game after work anymore. I know im not good at games, there are skill gaps, and sweats everywhere is normal now.

But are there no more multiplayer PvP games where i can step into a lobby and do half decent without gripping my controller and sweating bricks trying to get a kill or anything?
