Sofia cu 400 manual lathe

I’m looking for info on an old manual lathe Bulgarian made I think, Sofia cu 400 universal lathe. I’ve been googling everything I can think of and I’m only finding brand new machines, I would like to find an online manual but no luck so far, if anyone has info or a website that might help that would be appreciated.
