lost tsum tsum account?

so i recently redownloaded the game after about a year of not playing, and now it shows that my line account is not associated with a tsum tsum account despite having it linked for many years. i never deleted my account or anything just the app. does anyone know a fix to this or is this a known issue? i’ve tried logging in through line and also my apple account and nothing
