Criminal Charges pressed against me for accidentally using $60 from my ex’s card (HELP)

Hi, yes. I am 21F and my ex 22M has pressed criminal charges against me ( fraudulent use of a credit card by fraudulent representation ). I did not pay him back bc he was incredibly rude and I’m actually just really poor. Like I went into debt to pay my bills 🙃. What do I do? I didn’t know it was his card. It was through the Tacobell app. When we were dating he put his card in as a payment option. I didn’t realize that was his card, I thought it was my old card. I don’t have the money for legal counsel. I live in WA but the charge is from NM bc that’s where he is. If anyone has any advice pls lmk.
