Arena gave Fortnite a unique competitive grind that Ranked simply doesn’t match. With Hype Points, permanent divisions, and skill-based matchmaking for scrims, it was the perfect training ground for competitive players while keeping public matches casual-friendly. Ranked’s seasonal resets and reward focus just don’t replace the long-term progression and consistent practice environment Arena offered. Many of us aren’t asking to remove Ranked — we just want Arena back alongside it, so players can choose the grind that fits them.
