Any tips for vocal recovery?

Question

I had a super minor cold (like barely noticed) months ago, maybe like February or March, and for some reason I still can't hit the high notes I used to be able to hit. I otherwise feel completely fine, but when I go to sing it's just like there's this gear I can't reach anymore, like a sort of huskiness sets in, and it's really frustrating. If I stay within a certain spectrum below that, it's totally fine, but it sucks to pick up my guitar and want to learn a song I just heard, only to not be able to hit the vocal notes I know used to be no problem.

Does anyone have any tips, above and beyond the usual rest and hydration, to try and help coax my vocal cords back to form? I've had this happen before, but the recovery has never been more than a couple weeks.

I'll probably go to an ENT if it just goes on indefinitely, but want to exhaust any at home solutions first.
