Defender Sentinel web UI issue

I am having an issue with the defender sentinel where I cannot see the web ui on http port 80.

The nvr is connected to my router and is on an isolated vlan with no internet access. It successfully gets an IP from dhcp and when I scan the device with nmap I can see that the following ports are open:

80/tcp open http
3702/tcp open ws-discovery
6668/tcp open irc

Once I navigate to http://<IP>/login I only see a blank page with the folowing html:

Please help me understand why I am unable to access the web ui and if you have any solutions.
