Time can heal!

I got blood work my first day out of rehab 3 years ago. I had an ALT level of 83 which I’m told is high. I got bloodwork for something else last week and had ALT level of 19 which I’m told is on the low level of normal. I didn’t exactly know what ALT was, but apparently it’s a liver enzyme. High levels can indicate liver damage. But here we are, back to normal after years of abuse! Just wanted to share a small success. IWNDWYT!
