Anyone installed Lineage OS and encountered issues?

I am considering installing Lineage OS which seems a good alternative to One UI but I wonder if some functionalities dont work with Lineage? Do the camera and captors work well?Any other incompatibilities or things I should know before installing? I have the Snapdragon variant. How happy are you with your Lineage OS overall compared to One UI?
