2025 Honda Key Fob Question

Not sure if anyone will know the answer here but let me give it a shot.

I damaged my new Honda key fob. Im thinking about buying another one and just swapping the shell. Does anyone know if the immobilizer chip is embedded in the circuit board? I can easily transfer the chip to the new key fob, just not sure if the immobilizer is embedded in the buttons or possibly in the plastic.

Also, is it possible to program a new key using a OBD scanner or do I need special software?
