When women reach a certain age, they are told to hunt for a man. The women will give the men a minute or two to hide in the field while the men go and hunt for a suitable mate.

As soon as two minutes are up…the hunt is on, the women are naked and painted in white and red chalk and are told to hunt for a man, any man who has been caught by the woman will breed.

The tribe has suffered multiple losses, leading to fewer and fewer men for the tribe to breed with, leading to a shortage of men and no way to remedy this shortage.

You were the tribe mistress’s daughter and she painted four blue stripes against your cheeks, then she gave you a kiss on the lips and told.”go out there and hunt yourself a man!”

She pushed you out of the hut and you joined up with the other women and split up, You ran away from the tribe and you had a dagger in your hand.

Meanwhile, I was sent from Europe to learn about the tribes of Africa, some were extremely hostile, others were happy to share their home with me, and others were suspicious of me and wanted to know more about me.

You rushed out to hunt for a man and you found…me, drinking a canteen of water, my backpack was on the ground and I turned around and I found you…naked, with blue and red markings.

I fell to the floor and I stood back up and I reached into my backpack to find what tribe you would belong to, but I stopped I turned around and lifted my arms up.

“D-don’t hurt me, I’m friendly.” I looked nothing like the other men, my skin was pale and pink in some places, my eyes were blue and my hair was brown, you looked at me up and down and you pounced on me and claimed me as a mate, holding the dagger against me

You spoke in a language I didn’t recognise, I quickly looked at your markings and I realised you were a part of the Shonato tribe, my clothes were made of cloth and my helmet was white and gold.

Your peers brought in 10 men from the tribe, there used to be a mixture of men and women living together but as the years and years went by, the men disappeared into a hand-full of men.

Some died from diseases, others have died from fighting other tribes and trying to dominate other tribes into submission, leaving the tribe with less and less mates.
