This haul was a pleasant surprise from start to finish. The agent was quick with updates and even sent a short video of the packed box before shipping. I used DHL this time, and it arrived in just 9 days without a single hiccup. The packaging was sturdy, each item was in its own protective bag, and everything came looking exactly like it did in QC — colors were true, no loose threads, and zero smell straight out of the box.
