I hate when someone who usually shoots about 85-90 says they’re just “average”.

The average golfer shoots about 105. Only about 25% of golfers regularly break 100. Now, if you play at least once a week then the average is down to about 95-100. But if you usually shoot 85-90, you’re well above average.

I don’t think a lot of people realize how bad most people are at golf. If you regularly break 100 you’re definitely above average.
