Does anyone live long term with SIADH/hyponatremia/low sodium due to their medication?

Medication

I am getting desperate because oxcarbazepine is the only medication that works for me for my bipolar disorder, but it causes me to develop hyponatremia (low blood sodium) due to SIADH. Do any of you live with this?

I cannot find any information anywhere about people living long term with fluid restriction or how to manage the hyponatremia long term. Like do you work with a nephrologist? Or an endocrinologist?

Obviously the solution was to discontinue (after attempting five months of fluid restriction), but nothing else seems to be working, so I need to know if anyone has successfully stayed on a medication long term that has caused low blood sodium, and what is your life like, please?

Thank you so much!!!

(Unfortunately when I asked this in the bipolar subreddit there just are not enough people taking AEDs to help. I apologize for intruding.)
