Advice?

My summary suspension is up on Sept 28th and next court date isn’t until October 23rd. Got a continuance as my public defender didn’t show up. Can I get my license on Sept 28th and surrender it if revoked on October 23rd? I’m eligible for a Baaid system in my state.
