Injury or new sickness?

My betta, Kurt Cobetta, was lethargic this morning. I thought maybe he was sleeping during the day. Normally he never fails to chase the food tweezers and swim around erratically when I show him his food. But he didn’t even have a reaction today. When I checked on him again, he had a line of scales missing on his back, looks like his left fin is bothering him because sometimes he stops to just use one fin, and on his belly towards his lower fins is like a brownish discoloration and it looks like it’s even peeling or has this type of web on it. Aside from the new injuries, it looks like he’s back to swimming around as usual, happy to see food and eat. It was like he was in a daze. I’m pretty sure I can brush this off as an accidental injury, but if anyone thinks it’s a disease please let me know.❤️ I get really anxious when it comes to my fish ☹️
