My first time doing SF. Please Help!

Hi everyone. I've played in dynasty leagues in the past but I've never done a super flex league. I'm joining a SF startup and I'm not sure how I should be valuing QBs and when I should be drafting my first and second QB. Does anyone have any good resources I should look at or any tips on how to approach the draft?

Thanks in advance!
