[TOMT][PSA][2003] Disturbing mexican PSA about child abuse

So this is an old nightmare that I wish to revisit:

Back in 2003 in the Mexican channel Canal 5 (Affiliate from the corporation Televisa) they used to air random stuff early in the morning, around 5-6AM which included everything from infomercials about avocados to Ren & Stimpy and Barney & Friends. Must've been around 7-8 at the time.

They used to have PSAs between each segment (like the now infamous Selene Delgado) and one of them was incredibly disturbing.

It showed a little girl in a mint-colored room, playing with a make-up set for girls, you know the ones. She was putting on make-up but looked miserable while doing so. After she's finished, the shadow of a man walks past in front of her and she walks right behind him.

And then information and resources to prevent child abuse.

It was horrifying, yet effective, and I'd like to watch it again. Any clues?
