Balcony Casino Royale Offer - Only Oceanview Available. Will they upgrade if one becomes available?

I received a Ocean View balcony room offer from Casino Royale for a sailing next month. Unfortunately, there are only Oceanview rooms currently available. Will they upgrade me if one becomes available? If so, how do I notate that on my reservation? If not, is there anything else I should do? TIA 😉🤗
