Hue Festival March April 2026

I noticed that there is a biannual arts and cultural festival in Hue next spring

I was wondering if anyone had gone in 2024 or 2022 or otherwise recommended this? We had planned on going later in April 2026 to Vietnam but are considering moving up our trip to see this festival of its as unique as it sounds. Thanks
