The Bulwark was my first and is my favorite class, however I play all the classes for diversity but also to level them up.

You read the title. The Tactical and Heavy can dish out damage, The Tactical with GL or Plasma is a beast at long range and he has the chainsword for close up, the Heavy's Bolter, Melta and Plasma are honestly all top 5 weapons in the game and he is a tank in terms of health and defense.

The Bulwark is a tank and can execute for days on end and keep the team alive, and the assualt and Vanguard are fun but I'm definitely putting them at the bottom.

Anyways my point, prestieging the sniper this go around has been insane. I honestly can't believe how good he is at damn near everything.

I'll start with his weapons, Las Fusil is top 5 weapons in the game very easily and with his two perks Lethal Efficiency and Versatile Percision you basically have unlimited ammo on a weapon that wipes out Majoris before the minority can even reach you, even then the Las is a crowd clearer for days, it's insanely good. This class is also so much better with the Heavy Bolt pistol as well, because I remember before he had it and it's a massive buff to his kit.

I also want to point out that he has a perk for the Bolt Carbine too, which is another monster of a weapon. Switching between the Las and Bolt Carbine at the drop pods makes this class so versatile in most situations. I'd also like to highlight the perk " Pattern of Excellence" which gives you 1 equipment back for 3 head shots every 30 seconds. Which if you have meltas you are destroying bosses and those annoying ass Warriors that attack 3-5 at a time. I highlight this perk while talking about the Bolt Carbine because it's meltas for days.

As for perks, Squad Renewal is an amazing team perk. If paired with a Tactical the Auspex or banner is going off constantly, same with the cloak.

Purification is honestly fucking broken as well, using cloak to regain Contested health is INSANELY broken and saves so many med kits, and matches well with the Icon banner as well.

Targeted Shot or Tactical Ambush perks are great for Cloak spamming to do more damage melee or ranged and both of them just add to how broken it is.

I personally use Lingering Concealment with the Las because you can pick off a majoris or two without them even knowing, it's fucking great.

I already mentioned Pattern of Excellence but Emergency Overide is insanely good as well, it's saved some of my runs before.

All in all, the Cloak spam is insanely good, the damage via Las/Carbine is amazing, the survivability vis perks/cloak is top tier, and while every class does something extremely well (no disrespect to the other classes at all they do their jobs) the Sniper just kinda does everything extremely well, plus the cloak is great for healing teammates.

This doesn't have to be a discussion as like I said I love the Bulwark the most, but this time around The Sniper feels the all around best out of all the classes objectively to me and if you feel differently then I'd love to hear your opinion.

Sniper is the best class currently
