does anyone with chrons get pain in stomach while walking?

hello! I am 30+ (male) from Canada and have had chrons since I was 18. I have been taking humira for the last 10 years and have been in remission.

in the last 2 weeks, I have been experiencing pain in different parts of the stomach while going for my evening walks. I only feel this pain while going on walks. I describe this pain like a "stich"/strain feeling. It's almost something you would feel in your stomach if you had gone for a run without stretching or warming up.

I just wanted to consult with the community here. Has anyone experienced something like this before?
